The easiest way to form NGO is Section 8 Company after Companies (Incorporation) Sixth Amendment Rules, 2019 dated 7th June 2019

Section 8 Companies can be incorporated Spice+ Part A and Spice+ directly.

License No. shall be given to section 8 company during the incorporation. (Earlier Section 8 License issuance was a different process that was time consuming as well as costly too)

Section 8 Company enjoys all benefits of Private Limited Company and they are not required to use suffix “Private Limited” after their name
